How to Repair Tables in MySQL Database Using phpMyAdmin
Due to day to day usage,
database table becomes corrupt, thereby not giving you access to them, or bringing out error.
Some of the errors may look like this:
"Unfortunately a query has failed [DELETE FROM member_tracking WHERE mt_time<1350942237 OR (mt_member_id=2 AND mt_type='misc' AND mt_id='234' AND mt_page='topicview')] [
Table './member_tracking' is marked as crashed and should be repaired]"
The good news is that you can always fix the table so you can access the data again. Doing this in phpMyAdmin is a fairly simple process.
You are advice to always backup your data as some lost datas are not restoreable.
Repairing a MySQL Database with phpMyAdmin
Follow these instructions to repair the MySQL Database with phpMyAdmin

Sign in to your cpanel

Click on phpMyAdmin

In the PhpMyAdmin, choose the affected database. If you only have one database, it should choose it by default so you don't need to do anything.

In the main panel, you should see a list of your database tables. Check the boxes by the tables that need repair.

Finally, look at the bottom of the window just below the list of tables, there is a drop down menu. Click on "Repair Table"
Surely, this should fix the error.
Remember, always backup your files.
