Like I said earlier, the only thing you’ll be needing is just a web browser, Specifically a chrome browser on your PC. Once you have the chrome browser, get hold of your phone with the WhatsApp Installed and make sure the WhatsApp application is up-to-date. If it isn’t, then go to your respective app stores and update the app. Now follow the steps below.
Go to the
WhatsApp Web Website On Your PC Using the Chrome Browser. You’ll be shown a QR Code, leave the browser on the page.
Now, Open your WhatsApp Application on your Phone and Click on the three dots at the top right side of the screen.
Select WhatsApp Web and Point the phone’s camera at the PC screen to scan the QR code.
Once the QR code has been scanned successfully, it’ll connect and you’ll be able to chat on WhatsApp using your PC.
There you go, simple and easy. You should note that your phone’s internet connection has to be enabled or its WiFi connection to a WiFi network in order for it to push the Notification to your PC as soon as it gets them. If there is no internet connection on your device, you won’t get messages on your WhatsApp Application and subsequently, no messages will show up on your WhatsApp Web.
ConclusionThere are still a number of things you can’t do in the WhatsApp web, things like starting a group chat, share contacts or Location, block users or change profile pictures. However, you can do the basics like chat, view contact’s profile, send files like pictures, videos etc
