After subscribing to any of the SME plans described above, the next thing is setting your price for the plans.

The price you sell the plans largely depends on the one you purchased. For ex, if you purchase the plan of 74gb,you'll surely make gains even if you reduce the price well and because you don't want to have anything remaining by months end, you'll want to sell everything off.

I wont advice you to purchase such large quantities unless you are certain that you can sell it off!

How can you sell the Data you just purchased with Mtn SME

You are allowed to distribute only in the normal subscription pattern of at least 1GIG or more, as many times as you wish to prospecting customers.

How To Transfer / Distribute MTN SME Data Share Plan

Send Text Only In This Format :

SMESHARE <Beneficiary Phone Number> <Datasize> <Pin>

Example : SMESHARE 08126114641 750 1256

You have to leave a space in between each entry,  just like we do when we want to transfer airtime.

Important facts about MTN SME

1. To check your remaining balance at any time, simply send DATABALANCE in an SMS to 131

3. you can use your already existing MTN PIN to share data
4. Based on those standard data sizes that you share to your clients/beneficiaries, you have to determine the prices yourself in which you want to offer the shared data and also the means in which you would love to receive payment.
5. The higher the data bundle plan you go for, the better your profits will turn out to be after selling it.
6. Any of SME data bundles that you purchased as a reseller is valid for 30 days
7. you can always top up your SME bundles at any given time, regardless of any unfinished data, and whenever you do so, your validity period is extended by another 30 days
8. your beneficiaries validity period always start counting from the very last time the reseller subscribed to a new data plan after sending.
9. As a reseller if you want to send data in excess of 1GB, you will have to share it twice, thrice and so on

Username: flat
Password: flat

Connect to the internet and visit http://hsi.glo.com with any of your favorite browsers
Subscribe to a data subscription plan from the HSI portal page (that’s if you don’t have any active data plan. Skip this step if there’s an active data subscription) Check out Glo subscriptions, plans and prices
Your SIM card number and current active data subscription will be automatically detected with a “share” or “renew” prompt.

Click on the share button and enter the Glo number you intend sharing data with in the box provided.

Click Yes to confirm.

If you want to add more numbers or beneficiaries, you should pass through the same process.

 You can also perform basic useful settings from the HSI portals such as checking sharing status and remaining data MB.

2nd method: How to share Glo Data Using USSD Code

Just like the method used by MTN, Airtel, and 9mobile, you can also share, gift or transfer Glo data plan. All you need do is dial the following USSD code as provided below:

You need ADD the mobile number of the person you intend sharing data with by dialing the code below.

3rd Method: How to share Glo Data Using SMS short Code

Older versions of Glo modem does not have the USSD mennu and functions. Hence, this method is very useful for those using older versions of Glo modem. Mobile phone users can also use this method. Here is the procedure:

To ADD the mobile number of the person you intend sharing data with send;

"Share <<the GLO number>" as an SMS to 127  (eg. send “share 0807xxxxxxx” as an SMS to 127)

To REMOVE the mobile number of the person you have previously shared data with send;

"Remove <<the GLO number>" as an SMS to 127 (eg. send “Remove 0807xxxxxxx” as an SMS to 127)

To check data bundle balance via SMS send;

info as a text message to 127

How to gift Glo data MB

To GIFT a data Subscription on Glo :

Dial *127*<USSD_Plan_Number>*<friend’s number>#  (eg. Dial *127*53*0807xxxxxxx# to gift the always Micro
plan to a friend)

OR

Send  “Gift <plan name> <friend’s number>” to 127 (eg. send “Gift always micro 0807xxxxxxx” as an SMS to 127)
Don’t forget to have the equivalent amount of Airtime to be charged on your device before performing the action above.
