How to change Your IP address
First of all, you need to check your IP address of your internet
service provider by visiting www . ip2location . com. If your IP
address is in Nigeria, you need to change it to any of the country
that paypal accepts for example United Arab Emirates, China,
Cyprus etc. Paypal account holders from these countries are not
required to add their bank account to Paypal.

The next steps
Follow the next steps after you have succeeded in changing your
IP address
• Go to www . google . comand type the yellow page of a UAE,
Asia country that Paypal accepts
• Choose from the list of links that comes up
• Use a detailed address of any address that comes up.
• Then head over to www . paypal . comand register a free account
• Choose premium as the type of account opening and continue
• Fill in the required details.You can use your name, and use your
desired email address and password you wish for your account
• Use the address you have gotten to fill the form. The post code
will be the number in the address and in addition fill in the city and
state followed with the country of the address. Note the chosen
country is the country of citizenship.
• Fill every other part of the form and click on sign up.
• Paypal will send you a confirmation by email. Go to your email
and click on the confirmation link to confirm your account.
Verifying Your Account
The next step is to verify your account. Follow the steps below to
do just that.
• Go to www . virtual - cc . com. You will see 3 different cards at the
page and click on the ‘Virtual CC Paypal Verification’. On the next
page choose $7.50, and add 1 as the quantity you want, including
your email address and click on proceed.
• On the next page at the top right side, click on ‘Checkout 7.50’
button to make payment with Liberty Reserve.
• The card details will be sent to your email between 30 minutes to
one hour. You will have to use this card within 24 hours.
After receiving your card details, then go back to your Paypal
account and log in. Then click on the ‘Link and confirm my Debit
or Credit card’ to add the Visa Virtual card and get verified.
After successfully adding your card to you account, you will be
asked to provide a 4-digit number.
No head back toV irtuall-cc.com, and at the top you will find
‘Request Paypal code’ link. Fill the form through the link with your
card number and your email address. Check your email for the
notification within 10 to 20 minutes.
When you receive the notification, then go back to Virtual-cc.com,
type in your card number and email address and click on send
request. Next you will see as an example XXXX PAYPAL. The XXXX
represents the 4 digit number for the final verification.
Login to your account, and add the 4 digit code to verify your
account.
