The toolkit just currently works with iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 1, iPod Touch 3G, iPod touch 4G running from iOS 4.0 to 6.x.x. Moreover, make sure you have already installed Microsoft .Net Framework 4 and Java on your Windows computer.

How to Recover iPhone Password

Download the toolkit for free from here.
Once done, open it up and plug your device to your computer.

Select your iOS device and click the “Boot” button.
A new window will now appear that prompts you to choose an IPSW firmware file. You can download the compatible IPSW file from here.

After that, these processes will involve Redsn0w and when the process is complete, just click the “Launch” button.

Put your iPhone, iPad or iPod into the DFU mode and wait for some minutes.

The toolkit will now read your passcode. Then it will show the passcode to you in the box right under it.
Now enter the passcode to unlock your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.

Besides helping to get your passcode back, the toolkit also allows you to avoid the “iPhone is disabled” issue. To do this
Move to the second tab and choose your device.
Click the “Bypass” button and also put your device into DFU mode.

Just wait for the toolkit to do the rest.
If your device is already disabled and there is no way to get out of it, then the last resort you should do is launching iTunes on your computer. Doing this will erase your iPhone. According to Apple, if you’ve previously synced your device with iTunes, restoration is always possible. However, you should that the current toolkit is not compatible with the iOS 7 and higher versions.
