The techno phone is a China phone and cannot be easily configured Over the Air from your GSM provider so you would need to configure it manually for gprs if you want to use it for mobile browsing. Here is what I suggest you do in setting up your Techno phone for browsing:

That China or Chinko phone cannot be configured OTA by gsm companies in Nigeria so it has to be done manually.
Here is how you can configure it easily;

Go to the Menu > Internet/Service > GPRS > Settings > WAP
Enter the details for your network and then set it as the default setting

After that, you should go to Internet > WAP > Settings > Edit account and choose te settings you earlier created and save.

For Nigeria, the gprs settings for MTN Nigeria are as follows:

Account Name = MTN GPRS or any other name
IP Address = 10.199.212.2
Port = 9201 (for WAP) or 8080 (for HTML)
Username = web
Password = web
Access Point Name (APN) = web.gprs.mtnnigeria .net
