Job Description

Planning:

To determine and implement the business plan OML 126 in order to maximize the value of the asset based on the strategic objectives of the company Addax.

To consider and approve the short, medium development plans and exploration and long-term field, including work programs and annual budgets according to the technical business plan assets.

2) Operations:

To coordinate, support and monitor all activities in OML 126 and projects for tanks, surface and subsurface production, processing facilities, pipelines, pumping stations and drilling operations.

To coordinate all technical and commercial activities and negotiations on issues of equity.

3) reports:

To analyze and report monthly, quarterly forecasts and annual production and capital and actual expenditure against budget.

4) Commercial:

To represent the interests of companies OML 126 at the highest level of management committee.
To assess the value of assets, as the economic field, contracts, transportation and processing agreements, unit operating agreements and equity.
To assess the economic attractiveness of new exploration and production projects, prepare and submit their tenders.
To facilitate the evaluation of business opportunities including the designated fields and areas of exploration.

5) Human Resources:

To identify and secure the appropriate management staff on a long term basis, evaluate, develop and motivate employees.

6) various initiatives:

To call and / or perform peer reviews for critical projects in OML 126.
To promote and evaluate the application of new and emerging technologies on OML 126 upstream activities.
To represent the Company at industry conventions and forums.

Job Requirements

At least 15 years in oil / gas ratio experience in the industry: technical, operational, commercial, 5 years of management experience.
A good level of experience in the oil industry and an excellent working knowledge of all disciplines, including Reservoir Engineering Petroleum Engineering, production operations, facilities engineering, economics and management.
