JOBSUMMARY:

This individual will have overall responsibility ofstrategically creating the Group marketing materials and business communicationusing words and verbal contents that accomplish visual elements. S/he will prepare creative andpersuasive copy with graphic images as well as other visual and sound components for the Group’s marketing and business communicationmateri als.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Provide support to the Office of the Managing Consultant/Chief Executive Officer on all levels of communication relating to Marketing, Business and Publications.

·         Create deep Business Insights and Solutions to achieve audience appeal

·         Write promotional, informational and engagement materials for the Group.

·         Develop content for promotion and advertisement of products and services

·         Conceive, develop and produce effective advertising campaigns

·         Create the  Group’s Publications in a manner that increases its national and international readership

·         Write clear, persuasive and original copies

·         Oversee marketing campaigns through the production stage to completion

·         Update digital media;

·         Monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

§  Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree orits equivalent in Advertising, Communication or Media Studies, English, Journalism,Marketing or related discipline

§  Must have a proventrack record as a copywriter in Business and Human Resource matters, with adeep understanding of the ways copy helps clients achieve their aims, and theability to generate White Papers.

§  Ability to write good, clear copying a variety of styles with accurate spelling and grammar;

·         Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills;

·         Logic, creativity and imagination;

·         Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

·         Strong organizational skills;

·         Self-motivation, flexibility, stamina and the ability to adapt;

·         Confidence, enthusiasm and determination;

·         Commercial awareness with the ability to understand the target audience;

·         Good research skills and Salesmanship qualities in prints
