Job Title: Female Client Engagement Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description/Responsibilities


 
Maintain good relationship with existing clients
Effectively handle and resolve clients concerns and support issues
Create content and manage the social media of the company and its allied businesses
Prospect new partners and expand our number of accounts.
Cold call and email prospects for possible engagement
Perform other job functions as assigned
Requirements
The Person we are looking for:

Must be able to multi-task under tight deadlines.
Be self-motivated and have penchant for excellence
Be a graduate of English Language, History & International Relations, International Marketing or any other related fields.
Qualified and interested applicants must reside around Ikeja, Ogba, Ketu, Ojodu, Berger, Magodo GRA environs.
Have at least 2 years of productive experience in sales and customer service.
Must be team player and a problem-solver.
Have strong executive communication skills
