Our client, a reputable firm located in Ibadan, is currently seeking to employ suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Marketers (2 Positions)
Job Location: Ibadan

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive recruiting support and services; identify recruiting venues; post vacancies on ATS and various advertising forums; perform sourcing functions.
Work with agency hiring managers to identify and respond to areas of need; assist hiring managers in successful use of ATS; monitor, assess, report on, and assist with documenting screening and selection activities.
Create vacancy announcements and other written forms of communication for distribution.
Establish and maintain relationships with outside recruiting sources/services; identify, prepare for, and participate in job fairs and other recruiting events.
Identify, research and implement new recruiting initiatives; track, monitor, assess, and report on utilization of recruiting initiatives.
Assist management, supervisors and employees with policy interpretation. Answer general questions regarding processes and procedures related to recruiting/selection and other human resources functions.
Communicate information to employees regarding Human Resource related functions, events, activities, and processes as needed.
May assist with hiring process by meeting with staff to obtain required documentation, process background checks, and perform other related tasks.
Assure compliance with local, federal and agency requirements pertaining to recruiting, screening and selection.
Coordinate and implement projects, including communications; take lead on delegated projects related to areas of responsibility (i.e. job fairs, sourcing).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
1 year experience performing recruiting functions in a Human Resource department.
