Pork meat as we all know it, is a meat of domestic pig that’s consume mostly in all part of the world with only the exception of some Muslim that don’t like it. I said some Muslim because the ones I have come across don’t like it. For those that may not have enough idea of what pork meat is and what it does to the body, I’ll take my time to clarify. I’ll try to give the good and the bad side of it for you then you’ll chose by yourself whether you should consume it or not. What it contains. Currently by the grace of God I’m a final year student in the department of biology and I was given a seminar topic to work on the parasites associated with pork meat and look at what I found. There are three main parasites associated with with pigs which pose a risk to humans who ingest raw or undercooked pork products. These parasites are mainly Trichinella spiralis, a nematode or roundworm, Taenia solium, a tapeworm, and Toxoplasma gondii, a protozoan or single-celled organism. By consuming pork regularly, one stand a chance of getting infected with these parasites. So that’s alone is one thing to make one think twice about eating pork meat. Again I did another test though I have heard of this in particular before but I still intended to test it. If you like after reading this you can give it a trial too to confirm what I’m going to tell you now. I get piece of pork meat, the flesh actually. So I got a lime orange and squeeze the water on it lo and behold I saw live warm coming out of it. At first I couldn’t imagine what I was seen but my people it’s true. You can try this yourself and proof me wrong. Though it’s a known fact that pork contains lot of protein that’s good for human health so the purpose of this article to bring out the good and the bad side of the meat out so you can decide to take the risk or not. So be informed that I’m not condemning pork meat. The danger that eating pork pose mostly is eating of pork that contain trichinosis. This is the disease that one get from consuming undercooked pork that contains the larvae of the trichinella worm. Eating pork meat which are loaded with cholesterol and saturated fat, is a good way to increase your waistline and increase your chances of developing deadly diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, Alzheimer’s, asthma, and impotence. According to book of Leviticus chapter 11; It read thus; You may eat any animal that has a split hoof completely divided and that chews the cud. … And the pig, though it has a split hoof completely divided, does not chew the cud; it is unclean for you. You must not eat their meat or touch their carcasses; they are unclean for you. Well we have seen it all that even the holy Bible foebids it so the door is open for us now if we will continue eating it or not. A: 5G doesn’t have a price tag yet. A key 5G objective is to lower the cost-per-bit (data cost) compared to 4G LTE, by leveraging new and wider spectrum in higher bands including the mmWave range. The 19th Policy Meeting on Admissions to Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria has approved 160 and above as the national minimum benchmark for admission for the year 2020 into public universities. The board also adopted 120 as the minimum cut-off mark for admission into Polytechnics and the college of Education. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) pegged the minimum cut-off mark for admissions into universities for the 2020/2021 academic year, Institutions Approved 160 for Universities and 120 for Polytechnics.The Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, (UTME) 2019 Jamb Cut Off Marks for All Nigeria Institutions has been released! The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) pegged the minimum cut-off mark for admissions into universities for the 2020/2021 academic year at 160. For public polytechnic, 120 minimum UTME score was approved. While 110 UTME score was approved as the least score for admission into private polytechnic. He said, “What JAMB has done is to recommend; we will only determine the minimum, whatever you determine as your admission cut-off mark is your decision. “The Senate and academic boards of universities should be allowed to determine their cut-off marks.” The registrar said the board discovered over 17,160 illegally admitted students by higher institutions, adding that the body had regularised some of them. He said, “30 percent of those in higher institutions do not take JAMB or have less than the cut-off marks. “The admission process is now automated with the direct involvement of the registrar of JAMB for final approval. “We have agreed to regularise admissions that were done under the table this year. From next year, we will not accept anything like that.” The Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, described as a mistake the Federal Government’s ban on tests conducted by universities after the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations. He explained that post-UTME was banned because it had become an avenue for corruption. PALMS DOWN – Tell a friend that you know a great trick. Put your hand palm-down on the table and balance a full glass of liquid) on the back of your hand. Bet your friend that they can’t balance a glass on both hands at once (help your friend to put them in place). As soon as you have the glasses balanced on the prospects hands, stand up and walk out. They will be trapped and will have to spill to escape.
BOILED – Take the eggs from someone’s refrigerator and hard-boil them. Then put them back where you found them. Can work well when camping, only do a few if you want breakfast!
SNAKE! – All you need is a rubber snake and some fishing line. Tie the fishing line around the snake and then attach the other end of the line to the inside of a cupboard or anything that opens and closes. WEIGHT ISSUE – If you can get the exact same clothes as the target except get them a size smaller – Swap with the original! Another favorite is to cut the cotton of the back seam in someone’s jeans a few times for split pants! Be prepared to replace or FIX though!

SPRAY – Stick some duct tape on the nozzle of a kitchen sink or bathroom tap – leave a little gap towards the front where someone will stand! Old but it works every time!
DUAL REMOTE – Spend the money to get a second matching or dual remote. Change channels while they are watching. The secret to this prank is to not overuse it. If you use it in small doses you can carry this one on for months not just on April Fools Day.
FAKE CAKE – Take a round car-washing sponge, or a piece of craft foam, and decorate it with cake frosting, sprinkles, etc. Then try not to laugh when the victim struggles to cut themselves some cake. This one gets 5 STARS for Good Pranks!
EGGS – Try this prank on someone who drinks Guinness or any other beer that is difficult to see thru. All you have to do is crack open an egg (only the yellow part) and drop it in their drink when they aren’t paying attention. Last sip… Thought these were Good PRANKS? We feel sick… enough said.

During this period of isolation because of this pandemic disease in the country, its of great importance for all jambites to bear in mind that they must do whatever it takes for them to be prepared for their post Utme. Do your best not to be taking unaware about your post Utme exam. passing jamb alone does not guarantee admission so do your very best to get all the information you need. However for those that have little idea on how to go about it, I will try my best to outline somethings to expect and how you can prepare for it. Here is a break down of what and what is vital for you to secure admission into a Nigerian University. – O’ Level – You WASSCE result really speak much about your chances of gaining admission, as it serves as the number one pillar you must build very well before thinking of applying for admission into any school. I’ll say your O’ Level will determine you gaining admission to study your most preferred course. It takes 50% out of the admission quota, I.e the requirements. You must have at least Credit in all your compulsory subjects before thinking of gaining admission or else, I’ll suggest you try NECO because you won’t be admitted if you have anything lesser than C (Credit). – Post UTME Screening result – This just covers 30% out of the admission quota. You need to pass this screening exam too. Who knows if the school decided to use their own grading system. – JAMB/ UTME score – Your UTME result covers 20% of the admission quota of your school because JAMB was established just to know how well secondary school students are prepared for the University level. HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR EXAM: 1. Don’t make reading your hobby – Never in your life make reading your hobby as it can affect you in the long run. You rather study to assimilate and understand whatever you’re reading. Never read to crime meanings word for word. Stare at your book if you can’t study, and whenever you’re in an exam sit, you’ll easily remember. 2. Get Exams Preparation Materials – If you want to pass Post Utme exams easily, you need to get materials that will help you learn a topic and understand. Materials such as Textbooks, past questions, and answers, booklet, e-books e.t.c No matter how hard you study without past question or textbooks, you’ll fail because textbooks and PQ are very good materials that will help you to pass any exam easily. 3. Reduce your time on social media – Try reducing the hours you use on social media and use it to study.
