Do you know you can load any recharge card double on your sim? It sounds stupid even when my co-worker told me about this trick though it work once for him. Two identical phones are needed, two same network SIMs and a recharge card of any amount. Type your secret code pin on both devices, when you want to send, just send the both two phone at the same time and the credit will enter to both two phone.
The secret is the two phone you used to load that one credit is the same phone, the same server, network signal, running roaming, same version, no differences between them. Gbam!

Its sad but true, 9mobile daily smartpack is confirmed and proven to be limited, it has been capped to 400mb which can be useable to surf all sites with Psiphon, netify, sypon shield and other third-party VPN app. Meanwhile, the 9mobile daily smartpack is very affordable. With just 50naira you can subscribe to the daily package while the weekly package cost 150naira but it capped the same on 9mobile fair usage policy. To subscribe for chat pak, dial *343*5*5# for daily or *343*5*6# for weekly. You can as well send chat2 to 343 for daily and chat3 to 343 for weekly to activate via SMS.After successful deduction fee and message then proceed to the following trick to make it work on any site and app. Let me use psiphon vpn as an example, after you will get to know how to integrate it on other VPN. Firstly, install and download Psiphon vpn (search for psiphon handler here on www.earlyface.com.n g using above search box) on your phone or device then launch it and configure it like this below; » APN: 9mobile » Proxy: 10.71.170.5 » Port: 8080 or » APN: 9mobile » Proxy: 127.0.0.1 » Port: 8080 » Save And Activate it. Then Launch Psiphon Handler, in the handler menu: » Proxy type: Real Host » Proxy server: cdn.whatsapp.net » Real Proxy type: DIRECT » Real Proxy server: 83.169.211.50 » Real Proxy port: 3128 » Select save and click on “tunnel whole device”. After banning Post UTME, the Federal Government has announced the cancellation of interview test for National Common Entrance Examination (NCCE) into Federal Government Colleges.
The Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, has announced the cancellation of the interview test for National Common Entrance Examination, NCCE, into Federal Government colleges.
A statement issued by the Federal Ministry of Education yesterday in Abuja, said the cancellation of the test for NCCE would take effect from the 2017/2018 academic year.
The statement signed by the Deputy Director, Press, Bem Goong, said the minister could not establish the rationale for a second test for NCCE organised by the National Examination Council, NECO.
“The second test is an unnecessary additional financial burden on parents/guardians,” it quoted Mr. Adamu as saying.
“The era of multiple examinations attracting prohibitive fees cannot be accommodated by the Buhari administration, especially against the backdrop of government’s determination to increase access to education as a platform for breaking the cycle of poverty.’’
The statement said Mr. Adamu maintained that the 2016/2017 academic year remained the effective date for the ban on Post-UTME , advising vice-chancellors to adhere strictly to the policy in the overriding public interest.

The management of Alvan Ikoku Federal Collage of Education, Owerri, has announced the indefinite closure of the institution following a protest by the students on Monday.
The provost of the institution, Dr Blessing Ijeoma, confirmed the closure. She said that the management issued the directive after the students destroyed the institution’s administrative block and about nine government vehicles. “We have approved an indefinite closure of AICE following today’s students’ protest and we have directed that every student should vacate the school premises,” Students of AIFCE staged a violent protest against the management of the institution over the hike in both tuition and acceptance fees.
The students said that management decided to increase the acceptance fee from N10,000 to N30,000 without consultation. They also alleged that the management raised the school fees from N30,000 to N70,000. The students said the essence of the protest was to draw the attention of management to their plight.
However, the provost said the students’ claims were baseless and added that hoodlums seized the opportunity to cart away valuables, such as computers, from the ICT centre. NAN

The governor of the Kirov Region, Nikita Belykh, has been caught red-handed while receiving a bribe of €400,000 ($446,000). The official was getting the money from a company associated with the criminal case of anti-corruption activist Aleksey Navalny. The head of the region in Central Russia has been detained and a criminal case launched, spokesman of Russia's Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin announced on Friday. Belykh was caught red-handed while receiving the money in euro currency at a Moscow restaurant, he added, saying that investigators will seek the governor's arrest. The euro notes were apparently marked by police. According to investigators, Belykh was getting the money for his actions in favor of the bribe-giver, who controlled two companies - the Novovyatsky Ski Plant and Forestry Managing Company. The latter entity is associated with Russian opposition figure Aleksey Navalny. Among its co-founding companies in 2010 was the Kirovles (Kirov Forest), which was later involved in the criminal case against Navalny. In 2013, the activist was found guilty by a Kirov court of embezzlement within the Kirovles. Originally sentenced to five years in prison, Navalny's sentence was later changed to suspended, with a fine of 500,000 rubles ($7,700).

The Federal Capital Territory Administration through its investment arm, the Abuja Investment Company on Friday took over the THISDAY Dome, Abuja, in compliance with a Court of Appeal judgment delivered last week over N197m debt. The dome, which is owned by Leaders and Company (Publishers of Thisday Newspaper), usually hosts high class social events in Abuja. Speaking after formally taking over the property from the Court Bailiff, the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Abuja Investment Company Limited, Dr. Ahmed Musa, said the court "is indeed the last hope of the common man," according to a statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the FCT minister, Muhammed Sule. Musa said that in 2009, AICL was allocated Plot 702 Cadastral Zone A00, CBD, Abuja and thereafter entered into a 2-year lease agreement with Leaders and Company in respect of the said plot, popularly called "This Day Dome Arena". The lease agreement was effective from May 1, 2009. His words, "The total rent payable for the term was ₦97,094,284.02, of which Messrs. Leaders & Company deposited the sum of ₦57,558,854.73 as part payment. "The Lease Agreement provided that the balance of the rent in the sum of N39,495,429.30, was to be paid on or before August 31, 2009. "In spite of several requests for payment, however, the balance of the rent remains outstanding as Messrs. Leaders & Company has flagrantly refused to pay." He said that due to the company's failure to pay the outstanding balance of rent, the AICL in its letter dated April 13, 2011, indicated to the company its unwillingness to renew the lease which expired on April 30, 2011, and requested Leaders & Company to deliver vacant possession of the property at the end of the agreed lease period, which till date remained outstanding. "M/S Leaders' recalcitrant behavior was predicated on the fact that it is a media house and had made threats to use the media in blackmailing AICL and FCTA into not collecting its rent and also forfeiting its rights to the property. Notwithstanding all the propaganda, AICL resorted to the only available remedy to it which was the law courts," he added. He stated that the Administration went to court in 2012 to recover the property and judgment was passed in 2014, which was appealed by Leaders & Company. According to him, last week Thursday, the appeal failed and the company's application for a stay of execution proceeding was also dismissed by the court. At the site of taking over and handing over to the FCT Administration, Mrs. Ada Amadi of AICL Legal Department, revealed that the Court of Appeal also awarded the sum of N197,477,702.8 being cumulative outstanding of rent due to the FCT Administration. She said that the structure at the site would be evaluated, and if it was not up to the outstanding N197m, the balance would be pursued through a garnishee proceeding in the court.

Karim Wade, the convicted son of former Senegalese president Abdoulaye Wade, has been released from prison in Senegal after being granted a presidential pardon. Wade was immediately flown to Qatar after President Macky Sall's decree early Friday. He was initially sentenced in 2012 to six years in prison and a fine of $240m for illegally accumulating at least $200m while serving as a minister during his father's 12-year rule. The court ruling said that Wade had hidden away funds in offshore companies in the British Virgin Islands and Panama. Despite only serving three years of his full sentence, the pardon cancels the Supreme Court's decision to jail him. A press release from the presidency said the payment of the fine was not covered by the pardon.

A Senior Pastor and General Overseer of a church in Zimbabwe, Righteous Revival Ministries, Apostle Tawanda Chikeya, is in serious trouble after he was arrested for raping a 16-year-old member of his church in a parked car, H-Metro reports. The 30-year-old Apostle Chikeya was arrested along with his younger brother, Tapiwa Chikeya, who is suspected to have lured the girl to his brother and locking the garage door and providing a blanket. Apostle Chiekya and his brother, according to reports, are detained at Marimba Police Station and the case was reported under RRB 2827385. The church founder was reported to have threatened the girl that he was a member of the Central Intelligence Organization and the girl said he made false prophecies to her, saying she had to undergo a bad luck spell if she refused to have s*x with him. "Apostle Chikeya prophesied to me that I was going to meet misfortunes if I did not have prayers constantly with him. He invited me for prayers one of the days and took me to Lake Chivero where he asked to have s*x with me and I refused. He told me that my virginity belongs to him that if I do not marry him, he foresees me getting married to a foreigner who would bring me bad luck. After I mentioned his marriage, he said he was not satisfied with his wife since she was not a virgin like me when he married her. On the day in question, Apostle Chikeya asked me to come to his house and I found him with his brother Tapiwa. Tapiwa locked the door from outside and left the room leaving me with Apostle Chikeya and after inquiring why they locked the door, Apostle Chikeya said we would use another door that leads to the garage. It is at the garage where Apostle Chikeya **** me in his parked Honda Fit vehicle and he threatened me saying God would punish me if I reported the case to the police. He went on to say that he is a member of police criminal investigation department and is connected to lawyers if that case was to be brought before the courts of law," the victim narrated to H-Metro. The girl said she told her friend about the **** and the girl informed her parents, leading to the arrest of Apostle Chikeya.

[dl][dt]The Nigerian Army has released a statement refuting claims by some Nigeria Delta militants that the military was planning a coup to take over the Buhari led government. Some Niger Delta militants under the aegis of Joint Niger Delta Liberation Force (JNDLF) yesterday alleged that some officers of the Nigerian Army approached them for support to overthrow our duly elected present democratic government. Read the Nigerian Army statement below...[/dt] [dd]The attention of the Nigerian Army has been drawn to another campaign of calumny and distraction by faceless criminal gang of economic saboteurs that hide under the aegis of Joint Niger Delta Liberation Force (JNDLF) alleging that some officers of the Nigerian Army approached them for support to overthrow our duly elected present democratic government. This is baseless and most unfortunate allegation that existed in the warped minds of the originators of such weighty allegation. The Nigerian Army wish to state that this is not true and hereby distanced itself from this weighty allegation. We also see this speculation as a dangerous distraction to our effort in fighting insurgency and other criminal elements in the country. The Nigerian Army would like to send a strong and an unequivocal warning to those speculating a coup by the Nigerian Army (NA) against the Government to desist forthwith. We would like state in clear terms that that we are a product of democracy and a focused professional institution and would have nothing to do with such abomination and heinous crime. We wish to state further that the NA is the greatest beneficiary of democracy and therefore cannot ever contemplate any anti-democratic misadventure, certainly not under the command of the present Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Yusufu Buratai. Rather, we see this type of dangerous speculation as a declaration of war to destabilise the present government by these unscrupulous elements. The Nigerian Army is investigating those behind the dangerous insinuation in order to unravel the real motive behind it. We would like to reiterate our unalloyed loyalty to the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and defence of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We would also like to reaffirm our unconditional support and obedience to civil authority. We wish to further assure Nigerians and indeed all peace loving people that the Nigerian Army and indeed its personnel will never be involved in such terrible misadventure. We wish to further add that no matter how long it takes, we would track and find out those behind these insinuations and bring them to justice.[/dd][/dl]
