STEP BY STEP GUIDE ON HOW TO APPLY FOR SICAS
Step 1: Fill the Online Application
Visit SICAS application portal at https://www.sicas.cn/reg_student.aspx

After the registration login to fill and submit your application
Step 2. Upload Required Documents
The university requires that you upload photocopies of documents, so you have to use a scanner, scan and upload your documents making photos clear and legible.
However, the document size should not exceed 8 MB and all the documents should take the following file formats, image files (.gif, .jpg), Adobe PDF, (.pdf) documents, MS-Word (.doc), or compression files (.rar, .zip).

Select the required documents from your computer.
Finally, click OK to upload.

Step 3. Pay Fees/Send to University
This option allows you to make payments and submit your applications to the university. You are required to pay the application fee and SICAS fee before you can submit your application.
Required fees to be Paid for SICAS
All individuals will be charged an application fee by the universities they apply to.
The Chinese university application fee is usually 60 to 120 USD depending on the school and type of course. SICAS is responsible for the collection of application fees for universities as agreed by SICAS & China’s universities.
You will be charged a SICAS processing fee for the operation and maintenance of SICAS at 50 U.S. dollars, which covers your application to seven courses.

SICAS provides you with an online invoice which helps you to make payments online conveniently.
To view invoice Click on ‘Browse Invoice’. Please you should take the invoice with you when you wire the money. If your selected payment method was Western Union or Bank transfer, you need to upload the payment receipt after wiring the money at the post office or bank.
Step 4. Track Admission Status
This is to be done after you’ve successfully completed steps 1 to 3, you can click the button “Track Admission Status in My SICAS Account or Track Progress on the home page of SICAS to track your application status every time.
