University Of Port-Harcourt Fresh Students Clearance & Registration Procedures 2017/2018 Out.
The University Of Port-Harcourt Fresh Students Clearance & Registration Procedures for the 2017/2018 academic session is Out.
The University Of Port-Harcourt wishes to inform all fresh students that the clearance and registration procedure for the 2017/2018 academic session is out.
The Physical clearance and registration of Fresh Students will take place in the Admissions Office and respective College/Faculty Offices will take place from Monday, 19th to Wednesday, 28th March, 2018.
PROCEDURE
Candidates who had accepted the offer of admission and paid School Charges are to follow the Procedure below:
(1) proceed to the Admissions Office with the original and photocopies of their credentials, for physical clearance.
(2) proceed to their respective College/Faculty offices with evidence of physical clearance from the Admissions Office, the original and photocopies of their credentials for physical clearance, registration and submission of File.
Please NOTE:
Medical Examination and registration at the University Health Centre (O.B. Lulu-Briggs) will hold at a later date. The Date and procedure for this will be communicated in due course.
Orientation Programme for First Year Students of 2017/2018 session will hold on Tuesday, 27th March, 2018 at 9.30 a.m. in the Convocation Arena.
The Matriculation Ceremony of First Year Students of the 2017/2018 session will hold on Thursday, 29th March, 2018 at 9.00 a.m. in Convocation Arena.
Collection of Academic Gown for the Matriculation Ceremony will commence on Monday, 26th March, 2018 in the College/Faculty Offices.
