How to increase internet speed drastically on your Android phone.
I recommend this for mtn users in low coverage areas.
There are 3 methods to do this-
Nb (you need root permission for all three methods)
1ST (easy)
It involves using the combination of dns and applications.
To use dns, download 'set dns' from ur playstore. Open it, select google dns and apply. Then concerning apps, there are many of them but the best is an app called 'hola'. It is very easy to use jst download it from ur playstore and use the acceleration option to enjoy fast browsing
2ND (modrate)
The second method is the use of an app called
Pimp my rom.
It comes with a whole package of tweaks and tools. it is virtually the best tweak app on the Android market.
First ,download the app on ur playstore or just search for 'pimp my rom Apk' on google
.it is about 26mb so u need a data plan better than d normal 10mb.
When it has been installed, open it and go to
'Tweaks' u will see 'internet tweaks'. check all the boxes, apply and then reboot. After rebooting start browsing nd see the diffrence.
3RD (for geeks only)
This is, a more complex method. It involves the use of a script called 'v6 supercharger'. To use it ,u need an app called script manager. Also download this from ur playstore or search for it...
To get the script and instructions on how to use it, go to google and search for 'xda developers' when in the site, go to their search box and type -v6 supercharger. Follow the instructions nd download d script .nb-it will in pdf format.
After succesfully running d script, it will tell u to choose btwn options 1-34 choose d one with 3g nitro... nd good luck.
Note.busybox v1.80 is needed for the 2nd and 3rd method.
