Members of the National Association of Resident Doctors of Nigeria have resolved to commence an indefinite strike on October 1.
This decision was reached at an extra ordinary meeting of the association on 28th September at the auditorium of the National Hospital, Abuja.
A communique issued at the end of meeting directed members to embark on an indefinite strike due to what the association termed as “persistent unwillingness of the Federal Government to articulate a comprehensive guideline for residency training.”
