Precautions:
1. i ensured that there is no air interference when determing the position of the centre of gravity(G) of the meter rule.
2. i avoid error due to parallex when reacting the metre rule.

(1bi) The  moment of force about a point is the product of the force and the perpendicular distance from the point to the line of action of the force. it  is measured in (Nm) - SI units

(1bii) draw the diagram of a metre rule, place 40g at the 10cm, place the pivot at the 30cm, place m(mass of metre) at 50cm

m=400/20
m=20g


(3a) The e.m.f  of the accumulator =1.5v

(3bi) Ohms law stated that the current I in a conductor is proportional to the potential difference between it ends provided that the physical conditions such as temperature remain constant.
